If you have a dusknoir you need to allow it to engage in psychopomp behaviour for proper mental stimulation. When properly trained and vetted they can fulfill this by working as aids to death doulas and therapy Pokémon in hospices.

Do not adopt any psychopomp type pokemon unless you are willing to engage with death on a regular basis.

Not all ghost types are psychopomps, but some are. If it talks about taking people to the spirit world somewhere in the pokedex, then yeah... it's a psychopomp type pokemon.

Living people are in no danger, and the dead are prevented from becoming ghosts themselves.

Don't fear the reaper and all. Turns out, they're all pretty cool pokemon.

CRAZY Karen flips out at Dragoncon!

A subscriber sent us this video from the floor of dragoncon! <An embedded video begins to play. Someone is filming a video of @professor-amaryllis speaking with @prof-hemp420 while he sets up a booth. Behind him the Walking Wake, Proteus is curled up on a large pokebed and is napping. A kid comes running up, past a couple warning signs, intent on petting the large pokemon and Hemp gently puts his arm in the way. The kid collides with it and lands on their ass. The woman who seemed to be the kid's mother didn't look up from her phone. Looking around slowly the kid, about 12, begins to sob very intentionally. Glancing up at their mother.

Now the woman looks at her sobbing preeteen and wheels to face Hemp shrieking. "HOW DARE YOU! YOU TOUCHED MY BABY!"

Hemp seems taken aback and quite confused, however amy has picked up on this more quickly and pulls out the *dealing with a stupid parent* tone. "Ma'am that man may have just saved your child's life. Playing around any unknown Pokémon, no less a dragon could lead to grievous injury. This is no place for inattentive parents."

The woman visibly withers and scurries off, dragging her no longer sobbing brat. She shoots over her shoulder. "You haven't hear the last of this.">

Caves are a lot cozier than one might expect, especially with all this soft red grass! Me and Sunrise have basically just been collecting berries, I was gonna stick them in my bag but it's ripped up :(

Remember, shelter pokemon aren't for everyone. Sometimes a trainer can't deal with the special considerations that come with a pokemon that was abandoned.

What matters is that the source is ethical and done with wellfare of pokemon and trainer in mind. And stop buying Magikarp for 500. Okay? It's a scam. You're not rescuing it. Esp if you fucking RELEASE it. The scam artist is just gonna catch another one and sell it to the next bleeding heart or dumbass.

My answer would probably surprise most people since everyone who knows me knows I LOVE battling.

But at the end of the day, my favorite thing is when we're all at home and enjoying each other's company. With both my moms being league employees I've been surrounded by pokemon since I can remember, and more than just my parent's "team" or "pets", they were family. I've always done my best to treat my own team the same and I really love it when we just get to spend time together.

Speaking of which, I'd better get off for the moment. The Sisters are fighting over hair-clips.
